SEAMUS WINES COMING TO NEW JERSEY!
The spectacular wines of Northern California's Seamus Winery soon be available in the Garden State.
Fresh off winning one of the most prestigious wine competitions in the world, the spectacular wines of Northern California’s Seamus Winery - which is owned by a father-son team from New Jersey - will soon be available in the Garden State.
Jim Foley Sr. and Jim Jr., natives of the Jersey Shore, recently saw their Séamus Winery entries awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in the San Francisco Chronicle 2016 Wine Competition, the largest competition of American wines in the world.
An astounding eight of Séamus Wines – every one of the wine varietals that the Foleys produce - won awards in the competition, which featured a record-breaking 7,100 entries.

“We’re thrilled that our wines will now be available in our home state,” said Jim Jr., who is a graduate of the Ranney School in Tinton Falls. He said Seamus wines are currently poured at restaurants in California, Colorado, Georgia, Alabama and Louisiana.
“And several of the restaurants who serve Séamus are on the Wine Spectator’s “The List” of the finest restaurants in the world,” he added.
Séamus Wines annually produces 1,200 cases of ultra-premium, handcrafted California wines made with grapes from the very finest vineyards and appellations for each varietal. Séamus Wines are quickly gathering a strong following among wine lovers at all levels and among discerning wine collectors.
“Because our winery is small, we live out our passion for creating superior wines by literally hand selecting hard-to-find vineyards for our grape portfolio based exclusively on quality, terroir, and our winemaker’s needs,” explained Foley Jr. “Also, being small producers allows us to buy the best fruit from preeminent California vineyards without impacting their commitments to large customers. Being able to source exactly the fruit we want for each varietal allows us the control we need to provide our fans with the most select, delicious, luxury wines possible,” he added.
Seamus has partnered with Shore Point Distributing, a family-owned business that has been in operation more than 80 years. Shore Point will be distributing Seamus Wines in all eight counties it serves – Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Mercer, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren and Burlington.
