The UPS store in Lincroft is in search of a manager. The ideal candidate will be a dependable self-starter, able to autonomously manage and operate the business and will have the following responsibilities: Day-to-day management, staffing, operations, customer service, and compliance with franchise rules. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, independent candidate who is seeking an opportunity to gain solid managerial experience. Although the owners will be onsite regularly, the right applicant will assume the leadership role. Your hours will be flexible as you will make the schedule based on the needs of the store and the availability of your employees. You will be expected to work 30-35 hours a week, some Saturdays included.
