YMCA Aquarockets Swim Team Announces Tryouts March 24

The Community YMCA Aquarockets swim team is holding tryouts for new swimmers for the 2014-2015 short course

season.  This tryout will be for the swimmer interested in

gaining a spot on the Y’s Aquarockets swim team for either the Red Bank or

Zehnder practice locations.
The first of several tryouts will be held on Monday, March 24, 5 p.m. at the Family Health and Wellness Center in Red Bank.  There will be a $10 registration fee collected at the time of tryouts.  Please bring a bathing cap, towel, goggles, water bottle, healthy snack, and preferably wear a racing suit.

Official times from an electronic timing system may be accepted in lieu of tryouts if the swimmer cannot be present.

The Y’s competitive swim program has produced over 100 All American swimmers, 4 National Champions and an Olympic Bronze medalist.

For additional information and registration forms, please see the team Web site, www.aquarockets.com, call 732.741.2504, ext. 22 or e-mail rbytryouts@yahoo.com.
