11 New Restaurants, Stores Coming Soon To American Dream Mall

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The sprawling American Dream complex on Route 3 is constantly adding dining and shopping options — and nearly a dozen have opened recently or are coming soon.

Five new restaurants and six new stores will open their doors this year, said a spokesperson.

Among the new eateries, Yogost, "North America’s leading yogurt drink," recently opened.

The chain specializes in organic yogurt beverages created using a signature 10-hour fermentation process. They offer healthy food in every cup. Find out more here.

Four other restaurants are coming soon to the mall:

• Miznon: Miznon describes itself as a casual Mediterranean restaurant started by Israeli chef Eyal Shani. Its first American location opened in 2018. Dishes range from lamb kebab pita to brisket and onions.
• Firehouse Subs: The sandwich restaurant has more than 1,000 locations across the U.S. including specialties like Jamaican Jerk Turkey and corned beef and provolone.
• Little Dumpling: "Little Dumpling in North Jersey offers handcrafted dumplings and flavorful Asian dishes," their listing says.
• Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao: Another chain that's popular around the East Coast. "Nan Xiang soup dumplings represent authentic Southern Chinese cuisine and Chinese comfort food in New York City," the company says.

Stores And Attractions

Several new stores and attractions recently opened, including a flagship store. They include:

Khaadi is a prominent Pakistani fashion and lifestyle brand founded in 1998. It's known for blending traditional hand-woven fabrics with bright designs. This is their first store in NJ and only the third in the U.S., said a mall spokesperson. The store will be 10,000 feet.

Kiokii has opened its U.S. flagship location at American Dream. The popular Asian beauty retailer is known for its curated skincare, makeup and lifestyle products. They have more than 24 locations across Canada, offering beauty and personal care products for affordable prices.

Also on the way:

• New and Improved Sesame Learn and Play — The attraction is adding new rides and places to play.
• Messi Experience — In time for the FIFA World Cup games next door at MetLife, the experience, named for Lionel Messi, is coming soon.
• Tipsy Tye Dye — Tie-dye shirts, hats, and more.
• Coach — The leather purse and accessory store is coming soon.
• Windsor — Shop dresses, tops, and more.
• Ferragamo — The women's and men's accessory brand will also make its mark at American Dream.

The American Dream complex opened in late 2019 in East Rutherford. It offers restaurants, stores, and more than two dozen theme parks and attractions. Read more about it here.
