• Ridgewood Introduces $375K Bond Ordinance To Extend Option To Buy Warner Theatre (tapinto.net) — Ridgewood officials are weighing a $375,000 bond to keep an 18‑month option to buy the Warner Theatre on East Ridgewood Avenue and convert it into a $90 million performing arts center. The state could cover up to $75 million, but the Ridgewood Arts Council would still need to raise $15 million, with a public hearing and possible final vote set for September 2.
• Boys soccer preview, 2026: Conference-by-conference divisional alignments (nj.com subscription) — Ridgewood boys soccer will compete in the Big North Freedom Division alongside Fair Lawn, Hackensack, Northern Highlands, and Ramapo this fall. The statewide breakdown also shows where many of Ridgewood's traditional rivals landed, helping fans anticipate key matchups and travel for the 2026 season.
