RIDGEWOOD, NJ — An overturned backhoe closed all but one lane of traffic on Route 17 southbound in Ridgewood Wednesday afternoon.
Police said to expect delays, and the Office of Emergency Management asked residents to avoid the area entirely as crews worked to clear the roadway.
