Bail Hearing For Sexting Cop From Fair Lawn To Continue Today
Continuation postponed from Wednesday to today.

A hearing at which a judge could rule that Glen Rock Sgt. Eric J. Reamy be released on bail if he wears an electronic ankle bracelet has been rescheduled for today.
Superior Court Judge Susan Steele held a bail reduction hearing Monday and had scheduled the continuation of that hearing for Wednesday, which was then postponed until today, NorthJersey.com reported.
Reamy, 51, remained held at the Bergen County Jail on $250,000 bail, the report states.

Jacqueline Gill, a mental health technician who conducts suicide risk assessments on inmates coming into the jail, testified Monday that she conducted an assessment on Reamy last Thursday and found he did not pose a risk to others.
Jail officials said they were concerned about two guns that Reamy had bought that remained unaccounted for, The Record reported. Reamy had bought 11 guns over the years, according to the state police records, and nine of them have been accounted for, the report states. The other two, Reamy’s lawyer said, were sold on consignment.
