Bergen Flood Warning Extended Into Friday Afternoon: NWS
Many areas of Bergen got more than 2 inches of rain as storms moved through New Jersey on Thursday night. A flood warning is on until 4 p.m.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A flood warning is in effect for Bergen County until 4 p.m. Friday, as high waters are making roads impassable for some in the county.
More than three inches of rain fell in some parts of the county; Ridgewood had the highest reported total at 3.79 inches, National Weather Service data shows.
In Lodi, the Saddle River rose to three feet above the flood stage, the NWS said.

Flooding is also possible for the Ramapo River.
The Pasack Brook also rose to Flood Stage 2, according to Hillsdale's Office of Emergency Management.

There will be some scattered showers Friday and Saturday in Bergen County, the NWS said.

- Ridgewood: 3.79 inches
- Wyckoff: 3.49 inches
- Fair Lawn: 3.27 inches
- Paramus: 3.01 inches
- Mahwah: 2.62 inches
- Tenafly: 2.55 inches
- Lodi: 2.24 inches
- Hasbrouck Heights: 1.99 inches
- Teterboro Airport: 1.97 inches
- Ramsey: 1.05 inches
