This is the seventh consecutive year in which Delman has received this honor.

Delman was one of approximately 1,200 licensed New Jersey real estate agents to receive the award in 2017 based on surveys of state residents who purchased a home priced more than $150,000 between January and June 2016. Fewer than 2 percent of New Jersey’s approximately 83,800 real estate agents were recognized.

Recipients of this esteemed award were selected as the result of a statewide, independently conducted survey. Recent homebuyers were asked to evaluate each real estate agent in the areas of: closing preparation, customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, overall satisfaction and market knowledge. Additionally, respondents were asked whether they would recommend the agent to a friend.
