The Cheese Shop plans to officially close Thanksgiving weekend.
As the East Ridgewood Avenue gourmet cheese establishment dissolves as a business, it will open for the last time Nov. 28.
The following Tuesday, co-owner Rick Breit begins his tenure as cheese consultant for Super Cellars on South Broad Street. Super Cellars has added a cheese section to its wine store, where Breit will work as an employee.
