Earlier in her career, she took a small investment and created a very successful, multi-faceted retail and internet business, before making the transition to real estate.

Paladino has served on a variety of committees for industry organizations and holds many advanced industry designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS).
