'Heavily intoxicated' man on rooftops on East Ridgewood Avenue July 4, police said.
A Hackensack man wearing a Captain America costume was arrested Saturday after police found him intoxicated on rooftops on East Ridgewood Avenue Saturday, authorities said.
Police responded to 57 East Ridgewood Ave. Saturday on a report of a suspicious man, Ridgewood police said.
Authorities found the 37-year-old Hackensack man on the rooftops above 43 East Ridgewood Ave.; the man was wearing a Captain America costume and was heavily intoxicated, police said.

Police officers removed the man from the roof using a fire department ladder truck and he was transported to Valley Hospital for treatment, police said.
