Outdoor Fitness Class

Enjoy the outdoors while getting a great total body workout. The class will sprint, jog, walk, and do push-ups, jumping chin-ups, leg lifts, squat-holds, burpees and other exercises in the fresh air for a core and cardio blast. Students need only to be in moderate shape. Everyone works at his or her own pace. Moms and dads can bring junior in the stroller if need be.
