The Footprints in the Sand Foundation WALK-A-THON

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th

WALK-A-THON with the Bergen County Dental Society at the Ridgewood Duck Pond| Ridgewood, NJ

Registration begins at 8:45 am with stretching provided by the Spine & Health Center of Montvale & the walk beginning at 10 am.

We are looking for team captains to recruit at least 10 friends, co-workers, relatives and neighbors, each of whom raises at least $25 to walk together, so that each team will raise a minimum of $250 (or more!).

Teams will compete for prizes in several categories.  Please register in advance.

There will be a 1 mile, 3 mile & 5 mile course followed by a free celebration with music, Daisy D. Dots & the Smile factory clowns & food donated by Davey's Locker.

All proceeds will benefit the Footprints in the Sand Foundation to assist local families whose lives have been affected by illness or who have experienced a recent death.
