Goldstein argued the Rockland District Attorney’s Office notice to grand jury members violated legal protocol, The Record reported. The notice stated that jurors would only be considering misdemeanor counts. Goldstein motion states that felony charges were also presented to the panel.
Ludwigsen has moved back to California since his April arrest and remains free on $15,000 bail.
