Flooding Closes Route 17 South In Saddle River: Police
Multiple roads in Saddle River are flooding, and Route 17 South is closed, Saddle River police announced.
SADDLE RIVER, NJ — A nor'easter brought heavy rains to the area, and with it has come flooding in at least one Bergen County town.
Saddle River police announced that they've closed Route 17 South due to flooding, noting that "many roads in Saddle River are flooding."
In addition to Route 17, police said that West Saddle River Road is flooding at Raiff Road, and East Allendale Road is flooding at Oak Road.

This comes after the National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Saddle River, specifically near Lodi, where flooding could occur if the river continues to rise.
The NWS New York, New York office issued the warning, which is effective as of 10 a.m. Tuesday through 11 a.m. Wednesday.
