Gildea Fox Earns NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award

RIDGEWOOD, NJ – February 18, 2020 – Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, an exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate, voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018 and the fastest growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey, announced today that Kristin Gildea Fox, an agent in its Ridgewood Sales Gallery, has been awarded a Platinum NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® for 2019. Gildea Fox recently spoke at Inman Connect New York 2020, a large real estate conference, on the topic “Real Estate Noise: Don’t Forget the Consumer.” She was one of four speakers in the session, speaking about the ways that the real estate consumer is changing and how Realtors® can better understand and adapt to their clients in order to provide the best real estate experience.

Other industry recognitions include Salesperson of the Year with her previous firm and when that firm joined with Christie's in 2018, Gildea Fox was acknowledged as Top Producer with Sales in excess of $25 million. Recently, 201 Magazine recognized her in their 2019 Best of Bergen issue as one of the Top Real Estate Agents in Bergen County. Gildea Fox was also invited into the Masters Circle 2019 by Christie's International Real Estate, an honor given to top performing agents within the firm internationally.

Gildea Fox grew up locally in Saddle River, attended Wandell School and then graduated from Ramsey High School and Vanderbilt University. She now resides in Ho-Ho-Kus with her husband, Ryan, a Ridgewood native, and her two daughters. When not serving her buyers and sellers, Kristin has served the local community with her numerous volunteer positions as the Past President of the Contemporary Club of Ho-Ho-Kus, a member of the Valley Hospital Auxiliary, and a past member and committee chair of Ridgewood Newcomers. She is an active member at Ridgewood Country Club and at St. Gabriels Church.
