Glen Rock Dentist Office Burglarized, Police Investigating
When a dentist left a side door open to his office, police said a group of juveniles took advantage, entering and vandalizing the business.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — Glen Rock police are investigating a burglary at a local dentist's office, and seeking public assistance in identifying the people who entered the building and vandalized the location.
On Oct. 18 at 8:49 a.m., the owner of Glen Rock Pediatric Dentistry at 193 Rock Rd. reported a burglary to their business.
Police said the dentist had responded to his office in the late afternoon of Sunday, Oct. 17 for a patient with an emergency. During this time, he inadvertently left the side door to the business unlocked.

According to video surveillance at the office, shortly after he left a group of apparent juveniles entered through the unlocked door and vandalized the interior of the business, police said.
The video shows that the door was first opened at about 7:25 p.m., and that individuals went in and out on several occasions.

The scene was processed by crime scene investigators from the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department BCI unit, and video surveillance footage is being reviewed by detectives in an effort to identify the actors, police said.
