Glen Rock Police Find 50 Bags Of Heroin During Traffic Stop
2 of the people had warrants out for their arrests, police said.

GLEN ROCK, NJ — Three people, including two fugitives, were arrested and charged with heroin possession during a traffic stop on DeBoer Drive Tuesday, police said.
There were 50 glassine bags of heroin discovered during the traffic stop by Detective Mike Trover, said Chief Dean Ackermann.
The driver, Maryann McKinnon, 33, of Hewitt, and two passengers, Matthew Troccoli, 28, of Buchana, New York and Michael Dellapenna, 29, of West Milford, were charged with possession of heroin.

Troccoli was also charged with possession of narcotics paraphernalia and hindering apprehension; he had a warrant out for his arrest out of the Passaic County Superior Court for drug court violations and another warrant out of Clifton, Ackermann said. He was taken to the Bergen County Jail.
Dellapenna was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He had two warrants out for his arrest out of Wanaque. He was taken to the Bergen County Jail, the chief said.

McKinnon was issued motor vehicle summons for operating a motor vehicle while in possession of narcotics, having no side view mirror and failure to wear a seatbelt, Ackermann said. She was released on her own recognizance.
