Glen Rock Ranks #6 on NJ's Best Cities on the Rise, Study Finds
Edgewater, Tenafly, Little Ferry and Elmwood Park also made the list.

Glen Rock has been ranked number 6 in New Jersey’s best “Cities on the Rise,” according to a new study from financial advocacy site NerdWallet.
As part of their state-by-state series, NerdWallet found New Jersey’s best “Cities on the Rise” by analyzing U.S. Census data for population, employment and income growth.
Out of 131 communities, Glen Rock ranked number 6. From 2009 to 2012 Glen Rock’s working-age population increased by 3 percent, had a 3.34 percent employment growth and its median income grew by an impressive 14.6 percent.

Other Bergen County towns on the list include Edgewater, who came in at number one on the list, Tenafly, who came in at number 12, Little Ferry, who came in at 13 and Elmwood Park, who came in at number 20.
