FOUND: Missing Glen Rock Teenager Has Been Located, Police Say
The missing 16-year-old was found with assistance from the Mahwah Police Department, Chief Dean Ackermann said.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — A 16-year-old high school student that was reported missing on Thursday has been found, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.
Mahwah police assisted in finding the student, who is "safe and sound and is with his family," Ackermann said.
"We ask that everyone respect the family’s privacy at this difficult time," he added.

The student was last seen leaving the high school at 2:41 p.m. on Thursday, but didn't return home and hasn't been heard from since, the police department said.
"The Glen Rock Police Department would like to also thank all of the concerned citizens who reached out to us with helpful information. This greatly assisted our officers as they searched for this young man through the night," Ackermann said.
