Hey Kids: Film a Special Effect, Launch a Robot This Saturday at Summer Camp Open House

Film a digital special effect, launch a robot into action, discover how video games are made at Saturday's Summer Camp Open House- Ages 6-14

You and your family are invited for a morning filled with real, hands-on discovery and real fun this Saturday, Feb. 21 at Little Ivy Academy’s Summer Camp Open House.

Your elementary and middle school children will have opportunities to film a digital special effect. . . launch a robot into action. . . discover how programmers bring video games to life while you meet the director and learn more about Little Ivy’s limited-enrollment summer day camp programs:

RealScience! & Express Yourself! where campers who will be entering 3rd-5th grade or 6th-8th grade produce digital action videos; build LEGO robotics; create 21st Century spycraft; develop mobile apps, video games or interactive stories; in one-week programs that include plenty of time for outdoor activities.

Summer Explorers: Passport to Adventure provides campers entering 1st or 2nd grade with one-week explorations of cultures far and near, plus such Arts and Science-based enrichment projects as creating animated stories, building and programming LEGO robots and more, with plenty of traditional summer camp activities, too.
