Jewelry Stolen From Burglarized Ridgewood Home: Police

Entry to the home was made through a locked window, police said.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Jewelry and handbags were taken from a burglarized Liberty Street home Saturday, police said.

Police said the victim reported that the home was "disheveled" and that property was missing after returning home.

Jewelry, handbags and other property was stolen, police said. Forced entry was made through a locked window.

Detective Peter Youngberg and the Bergen County Sheriff's Department responded to the home and processed the scene for evidence, police said.
