Bergen County Man Caught With Child Sex Abuse Materials: Prosecutor

The man was arrested after a search of his Lodi home on Thursday, prosecutors said.

LODI, NJ — A Lodi man was caught with child sex abuse materials on Thursday, prosecutors said.

Jesus Arellano, 20, was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.

Prosecutors said that on Thursday, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a court-authorized search warrant at Arellano's home during an internet child sexual abuse material investigation.

Investigators determined that he used the internet to "view, download, and possess" 191 items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children, prosecutors said.

He was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a
first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, prosecutors said.
