The female worker told police that the man had asked about services and "if the spa worker could be fully nude." While he was asking, he put his hand on the worker's breast, police said.

The man was asked to leave, but was "reluctant" until a worker called 911, police said.

After being charged at police headquarters, Neuman was released to await an appearance in Bergen County Superior Court on Feb. 2, police said.
