New Secretary From Ridgewood Elected to Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group

Larry Buchwalter, Ridgewood resident, elected as Secretary to Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group

Larry Buchwalter has been a member of GPSEG for six years. He is a versatile business leader and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, business & legal services, electronic & physical security, real estate and apparel. He has been a member of GPSEG since 2008 and was re-elected to his second term as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

In addition to serving as President, CEO and principal owner of Stilwell Enterprises since 2007, Buchwalter’s more active current role is Chief Operating Officer at Long Island Radiology Associates. His responsibilities include overseeing the operations and legal affairs of three owned imaging and 12 others that they provide professional services and management for. From 1995 to 2007, he led Nydic Medical Imaging, one of the country’s foremost providers of MRI services with more than $50 million in revenues and 400-plus employees.

In addition to serving on the Executive Committee, Buchwalter is also active on GPSEG’s CEO Roundtable, Private Equity and Life Sciences subgroups, as well as with GPSEG’s New Jersey North and New Jersey/Princeton chapters. He also chaired the Steering Committee of the New Jersey Executive Networking Group, which merged with GPSEG (creating GPSEG’s current New Jersey North chapter) in 2010. Buchwalter views his service on the Board of Directors as his way of giving back to the strongest and most committed group of senior executives he’s ever come across, united by their dedication to Networking for Life.
