Lottery Player In Bergen County Wins $7M Jackpot

A lottery winner in Bergen County has hit the $7M Cash 4 Life jackpot. Now the NJ Lottery will launch a new game.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A lottery winner in Bergen County will get $1,000 per day after hitting the jackpot in the Cash 4 Life drawing on Thursday night.

The winner matched all five numbers and the Cash Ball Thursday, awarding them a cash value of $7 million, said a NJ Lottery spokesperson.

The winning numbers were 51, 54, 57, 59 and 60. The Cash Ball was 03.

The winning ticket was sold by Krauszer’s Liquor Wine & Food Store, 123 Valley Brook Ave., Lyndhurst. The store will receive a $30,000 bonus for selling the prize.

“We always say that anything can happen in Jersey. We are eager to meet our lucky winner. As we gear up to launch our new game, Millionaire for Life, we’re excited to offer even bigger opportunities for our players,” said James Carey, executive director of the New Jersey Lottery. “While $1,000 a day for life jackpot is an incredible prize, Millionaire for Life promises to take it up a notch.”

Launching Feb. 22, Millionaire for Life offers a top prize of $1 million a year for life. Tickets will cost $5. Drawings will be held every day at 11:15 p.m.
