Patient Has $1,500 Bracelet Stolen From Valley Hospital: Police

The man was asked to take the bracelet off while being treated and it was never returned to him, police said.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — A man reported that a $1,500 bracelet was stolen from him while he was a patient at Valley Hospital last week.

The Waldwick man was admitted and treated at the hospital Friday, police said. He was asked to take off an 18-karat gold bracelet he was wearing and did so, authorities said.

The man said that the $1,500 bracelet was never returned to him when he was discharged from the hospital.
