Glen Rock Police Hosting Scam And Fraud Awareness Seminar
Detective Sgt. James Calaski will present information about diversion burglaries, grandparent scams, fake lotteries, and more.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — Borough police will present a scam and fraud awareness seminar May 23.
Detective Sgt. James Calaski will present information about some of the most common scams that target young people and senior citizens, including:
- Grandparent scams
- Diversion burglaries
- Buying items on Craigslist and eBay
- Fake lotteries and others
Calaski is a member of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Cyber Crimes Task Force.
