Poll: What Type Of Parking Garage Do You Want On Hudson Street?

Officials have recommended that a traditional, self-parking, parking garage is the way to go for creating more parking on Hudson Street.

Such a garage could provide an additional 200 to 275 spaces to the 76 that already exist at the Hudson Street lot. It would cost a lot less than a garage with automated parking: $11 to $12 million.

An automated parking garage could provide an additional 320 spaces, but the cost is thousands of dollars more per space.
