Ridgewood Board Of Adjustment To Hear Bank Application Tuesday
Bank would be located on Franklin Avenue.
An application for a new bank on Franklin Avenue is expected to go before the Village Board of Adjustment Tuesday.
Ivy Realty Services LLC has applied for a construction permit to build a new bank at 121 Franklin Ave. with several drive-through lanes. The applicant needs a conditional use variance and is requesting preliminary and final approval are also requested. The lot is located is in a B-2 zone.
The application is being carried from the June 9 meeting.
