Ridgewood Planning Board re-examining master plan
Board will study making possible changes to Route 17 corridor, rezoning Goffle Road, and open space areas in the village.

The Ridgewood Planning Board has begun the process of re-examining the village’s Master Plan.
The board will use the state-mandated review to identify areas in the village that might need to be changed, including: the Route 17 business corridor, rezoning Goffle Road, historic sites, and open space areas.
New Jersey requires municipal planning boards to re-examine their master plans and development regulations every 10 years. The examination report created at the end of the process will be shared with the Village Council and Board of Adjustment.
