Ridgewood Releases 2015 Street Paving Plan
The Village's street resurfacing and repair plan identifies nearly 50 projects to be completed over the next year.

Ridgewood has released details of which streets it plans to repave during 2015.
The 2015 paving plan identifies nearly 50 different portions of streets which will undergo construction.
The plan and accompanying notice, posted on the Village website, notes that there will be traffic disruptions and significant inconveniences for locals.

“Residents on the streets being worked on will get a hand delivered notice providing contact information for the Village Engineering staff overseeing the work to help coordinate with the planned activities,” the release states.
Because residents are frequently curious about how streets are selected for construction work, the release also identifies the street selection process.

Among criteria were the street’s “pavement rating,” the number of complaints about a section of street, the pavement history, and the importance of the street to overall traffic flow.
