Ridgewood Student Advances On Jeopardy! College Tournament
Breaking: Rebecca Rosenthal, a sophomore at Swarthmore College, finished the game with $26,000.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — It was never really close.
Rebecca Rosenthal advanced to the semifinals of the Jeopardy! College Tournament Thursday. She finished the game with $26,000, thousands more than the second-place finisher.
She got out to an early lead. She had $3,400 after Jeopardy and $26,000 after Double Jeopardy. She got out to an insurmountable lead thanks to a $5,000 daily double.

She was all but guaranteed a spot in the semifinals heading into Final Jeopardy. She got that answer correct too. She wagered no money in Final Jeopardy!
Rosenthal is a sophomore at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania. She is majoring in art history and ancient history. She hopes to be a museum curator after college.

Harry Kinko from Princeton, finished the game with just $400. He had a negative dollar amount for most of the game. He is a senior at the University of Chicago.
