Ridgewood Resident Joins Fastest-Growing Real Estate Brokerage in northern New Jersey and southern New York
Special Properties Real Estate Services, LLC, the fastest-growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey and southern New York, and an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, welcomes Deborah “Debby” Rawlins to its Ridgewood-East office as a Realtor-Associate.
Rawlins comes to Special Properties with 35 years of experience in the industry. In her time in real estate, she has served clients across most of northern New Jersey, including countless successful real estate deals in Bergen, Passaic, Morris and Hudson Counties. During her real estate career, Debby also served as an elementary school teacher in the Ringwood, NJ school system. She credits that experience with teaching her the fundamentals of customer service and how to approach her real estate clients with compassion, patience, enthusiasm, and determination. After Debby retired from the school system, she took on real estate full time.
In her spare time, Rawlins enjoys yoga, walking, the theater, and a good movie. She is a cum laude bachelor’s degree graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University and holds a Master of Arts degree in teaching from Marygrove College. She has also completed some graduate credits at Montclair State University and Columbia University. Rawlins has one daughter and has lived in Ridgewood since 1984.
