Sterling Place Street Sign Stolen: Ridgewood Police

A witness said 2 women stole the sign, police reported.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Police are investigating the theft of another street sign in the village.

A witness reported seeing two women removing the Sterling Place street sign from the post on the street, police said.

The witness gave police a description of the women.

A Wyckoff man was charged with theft after police found a picture of him with stolen street signs from the village on social media.

A stop sign at Grove Street and Stevens Avenue was stolen last year.
