Thursday: Joel Torielli and Diana Ruhl to Serve on the Site Plan Committee

1) There will be a True Readers Unite book discussion tonight. Girls grades seven through nine will meet at 7:00 p.m., and boys of the same ages will follow with their discussion at 8:00 p.m.

2)  Elena Girlikman failed to show up to Tuesday’s Adjustment Board meeting for her application to build a six-feet-high fence at 906 E. Ridgewood Ave. where four feet is the maximum permitted. Elena, wherever you are, you’ll now have to wait a few months for your turn, as the next two meetings already have packed agendas.

3) Speaking of the Adjustment Board, Joel Torielli and Diana Ruhl signed up to serve on the Site Plan Committee during Tuesday’s meeting.

4) No rain today! Temperatures will be at 83 degrees and there won’t be a cloud in the sky. Combine that with low humidity and it’s looking like a pretty swell day.

5) Trash pickup today is on the West Side with recycling in Area 7 and yard waste in Area C.
