Web Show Screening Raises $6,500 For GoodWill Foundation

Sullivan family created the foundation to help kids diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, a rare Autism disorder.

A special screening of a new Internet show Thursday raised more than $6,500 to help Autistic children.

The money will be given to the GoodWill Foundation, a non-profit that helps children diagnosed with Angleman Syndrome, one of the most severe forms of Autism.

Ridgewood residents Terry and Shannon Sullivan created the foundation and named it after their son, Will. The money will be donated to the Children’s Therapy Center, a school for children with developmental disabilities in Fair Lawn, and Camp Sunshine in Ridgewood, a day-camp for children and adults with special needs.

“The “One and Done” team is thrilled that the screening on behalf of GoodWill was a great success,” said Aaron Letscher, the show’s producer. “I think the audience came away smiling after the show.”
