About C.A.M.P. YDP:
C.A.M.P. (A community association with a ministry to people) Youth Development Program was birthed through Rev. Maxwell Tow who accepted the call in 1959 from Methodist DS Rev. Harold Smith to Christ Church in North side Paterson where C.A.M.P. YDP was formed.
The program exists to meet the educational, emotional, social, and physical needs of children, their parents, as well as the families of the Paterson community. As an organization, they are committed to work as a “partner” within our community to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment. The program runs throughout the year and they work in conjunction with the Paterson Public School system’s schedule. They also provide total day care on many days when the public schools are not in session and provide transportation to pick up children from school.
