Woman Steals, Returns $500 In Merchandise From Ridgewood Business: Police
The business owner did not press charges against the woman, police said.
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — A Cottage Place business reported that a woman left the business without paying for $487 in merchandise Dec. 27, police said.
The woman was identified and the business contacted her about the theft, police said.
The woman returned the stolen merchandise to the business, authorities said.

The business did not pursue criminal charges against the woman, police said.
