This interactive workshop will teach attendees about their rights and how to assert those rights when interacting with ICE. You will learn how to respond to ICE if you encounter them on the street or if they knock on your door. Participants will learn how to recognize a judicial warrant versus an administrative warrant. You will also learn how you can exercise your right to record a law enforcement interaction and how to refuse a search without a warrant.
