Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA celebrates our 300th success story.

This week was very exciting as Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA has just landed our 300th success story in just 28 months since I founded this group in River Edge Library on January 27, 2011.  ( www.nhnusa.org) Since the River Edge opening we have now added 28 more programs bringing us to 8 New Jersey Counties and our first out of state program in Boston Public Library.

On Thursday June 6th we had three members land from our Monmouth county groups announce they had landed, on the very same day that it was one year since we opened up or first Monmouth County NhN Chapter at Monmouth County Library -Eastern Branch in Shrewsbury NJ. Since we opended that program we have added 6 more programs in Monmouth County.

NhN now has 1200 members who all volunteer to help each other with the job search process, and we help keep everyone motivated each week with our weekly structured program.

I myself was success story # 3 only to find myself downsized again in October 2012, and I have been actively looking for a job or even project work every since.

We need to continously replenship our members as the land as our meetings are most effecitve with 10-12 weekly attendees.
