I was curiuos if anyone in the vicinity of River Edge Fire Company One has noticed that it seems (keyword) that after the fire siren blows (6 times) there are no firemen arriving to the firehouse. I have lived quite close to the Firehouse for many years and have simply noticed that after the siren does it's thing, there are no firemen arriving to the firehouse. Used to be they'd come rushing down Tenney Avenue in what I always figured was to get on a firetruck and save lives. Anybody else noticing this? Makes me wonder about the siren itself - I mean its there to let firemen know its time to get to the firehouse, right?
