Oradell Water Rescue Unit Help Pull Body From River

The body was found in the Hackensack River behind The Shops at Riverside.

ORADELL, NJ — The Fire Department's Water Rescue Units helped other emergency personnel search for a woman's body in the Hackensack River Sunday.

The body was found in the Hackensack River behind The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack after police received a call at 10:30 a.m., Hackensack Lt. Darrin DeWitt told NJ.com.

Emergency personnel in pontoon boats could be seen sweeping the river, according to The Record, and cops from several agencies assembled behind the parking deck at The Shops at Riverside mall.
