Border Crossing Cooking

What's not to like about the flavors from south of the border? In this class, let's use limes, tequila, cilantro, chilies, corn, cumin and avocados with filet mignon, chicken, red snapper and shrimp. We'll make a great Taco Bar along with Chicken Burritos and Shrimp  Quesadillas. Then we'll learn to make Sautéed Snapper with Smoky Corn Pancakes and Pan-Seared Filet Mignon with Ancho Chili Sauce. For Dessert, let's make flavors of Texas into Caramel Chocolate Turtle Cheesecakes and Tequila & Ices. So, saddle-up your knives and apron for this hands-on class.
