Monmouth County Family Funathalon

This exciting event offers families the opportunity to compete in a variety of outdoor adventure challenges including canoeing, archery, athletics, problem solving and more! Teams comprised of two to six members, with any combination of adults and children, will race against the clock and each other as they traverse beautiful Thompson Park solving problems and completing challenges.
* Teams can be up to six family members. Teams will have opportunities to switch the team members competing in different challenges.
* Each challenge will require one adult and one child (between the ages of 6-14.) Those two team members must stay together while traveling to and from challenges.
* Bikes/trikes/wagons are allowed and encouraged. Helmets must be worn.
* All racers will get an award medal. Trophies will also be given out to the top three teams.
* We will award one Family Spirit trophy. Teams are encouraged to dress in costumes, uniforms or carry signs displaying their family spirit.
* Waivers will need to be signed for all participants. They will be available at race day check-in.
