The Newcomers’ Club of Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver and Shrewsbury will host their annual Welcoming Night on Saturday, September 22 from 8:00 – 10:00 pm in Bingham Hall located at 40 Bingham Avenue in Rumson. All new residents of these towns are invited to enjoy an evening of appetizers and refreshments. The event will be attended by its board members and first year members. It is a great opportunity to learn about the Club, find out about upcoming events and make new friends. The Newcomers Club, established in 1972, is a social and charitable organization. The Club welcomes local residents by organizing various social events that help new members meet other people and introduce them to a variety of establishments and resources that this area has to offer.
