Rumson Garden Club Hosts Talk on Hydrangeas

As the Spring growing season gets underway, come and learn about the finer points of planting, raising and maintaining healthy hydrangeas. On Tuesday, April 17th, at 11 am, the Rumson Garden Club will host a lecture on hydrangeas by Bruce Crawford, director of Rutgers Gardens.  At Rutgers Gardens, Mr. Crawford oversees a large and varied collection of these flowering scrubs. The talk, which will focus on different varieties of hydrangeas as well as the art of selecting, pruning, and fertilizing these beautiful flowering plants, will take place at Rumson Country Club. This event is free-of-charge.
