Road Closures Set For Rumson St. Patrick's Day Parade: See Where
The annual parade serves as a celebration of "community, heritage and the unique spirit of Rumson," organizers said.
RUMSON, NJ — Drivers should be aware of road closures planned for Rumson's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday.
Starting at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Rumson Police said West River Road will be closed to vehicular traffic from Bingham Avenue to Buena Vista Avenue.
At 1 p.m. on Sunday, police said all of River Road — from Buena Vista Avenue to Ridge Road — will be closed during the parade.

Vehicular traffic must utilize Ridge Road, police said.
"Please obey signs and follow detours," Rumson Police said in an online post.

On Sunday, the borough's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade will kick off at 1 p.m. at Allen Street and River Road, with music, parade floats and more for attendees to enjoy.
For 2026, Monmouth County resident Grace Hanlon has been selected as the Parade Grand Marshal.
