Designed as an introduction to the filmmaking, this course will give students a basic understanding of how to capture and download video into an editing software program. Students will be responsible for shooting their own video. A basic understanding of storyboarding will be discussed during the first couple classes but ultimately this class’s focus is on the technical. Each student will complete one short film. Video cameras can be borrowed on first come first serve basis. Cost: $270. (Winter Session: 1/6 - 2/21; no classes week of 2/10
